Would give zero stars if I could!
I usually enjoy Topgolf, but this time was a major disappointment. We ordered food right away through the QR code, but after 45 minutes, we still hadn?t received anything. We had already finished our drinks by then and asked for an update, only to be told it would be here soon. Unfortunately, the food took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was bland, cold, and just not good at all. To make matters worse, there was no cutlery or napkins provided. Extremely poor service and quality. Won?t be coming back anytime soon.

To be honest if I could give zero stars I would. We are regulars in this top golf branch and I have never experienced worst service then I have tonight. We arrived into our bay and ordered food right away. We asked half an hour into the wait how long our food would be? In which very clueless member of staff said to it?s in an hour wait in food if you?ve ordered through the scannable code. Like really what difference does it make if you order through a team member or the QR code. After an hour goes by we?ve asked again how long will it be at this point we?ve already started or final game and getting really irritated. We spoke to a manager and she went to check for us. After an hour and 10 minute of order she then told us our order is now on the screen. After waiting that long food finally arrived and I must say the food quality was horrible. Nothing was nice other than the chips which came with the burgers and wraps. This has really been a disappointing experience. As someone who works in the hospitality industry this is unacceptable. Not once was we reassured on how long our food would take. We always had to ask and even then we were never given a straight answer. This experience has really impacted my love for top golf and will have to go someplace else next time just to get a game of golf in and some decent food.

Absolutely ridiculous. Don?t even know why I gave it another chance. Ordered food at the table then saw our bay was ready so informed staff that we?ve moved upstairs and to please send the food to our bay. That was fine but I had also ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited 30 mins for 2 milkshakes to be made! Some of the staff were okay but some didn?t even look like they wanted to even be there. So unhelpful, looked bored and were more interested in talking and gossiping with other staff. Some of the golf balls weren?t even working when registering and when we hit them in a zone, the scores weren?t appearing so clearly something wrong with the systems. Overall just really overpriced and I wish I didn?t spend so much money on everything when it was a bad experience!!!

WOULD GIVE NO STAR IF POSSIBLE!
Extremely disappointing experience!
Our son was invited to a birthday party at this venue, and we waited in the restaurant area near the reception. We ordered lunch for three of us, and it took 45 minutes to arrive! I had initially tried to order online, but the waiter insisted that ordering in person would be quicker. I was also forced to add a tip, on top of which I had to pay an additional 5%.
After 45 minutes, the food finally arrived, but it was absolutely dreadful?no cutlery or napkins were provided. We asked to speak with a manager, who came over and told us that a refund couldn't be offered because we had already started eating the food. We requested a senior manager, but none were available. The staff simply said nothing could be done, and no apologies were offered.
There was no respect for our time, and customer service was non-existent. It?s clear that the waiters and managers need proper training in basic etiquette.
After reading several similar reviews, I strongly urge others to avoid this place if possible!

Ordered 3 Coffees, 2 flat whites and 1 latte. Served by Rio behind the bar. Best part of £10
Possibly the 3 worst coffees I?ve ever seen. Both flat whites look and taste like they have been mixed with 3 different types of milk. Barely seems to have any coffee in them, almost as if the one shot of espresso was split between all 3 coffees to just get the customer out of the way. Awful experience and clearly no training for the bar staff

First experience here in a long time wasn't great, I have since returned and had a good experience. Long waiting times but other than that it is a great venue.

I always enjoy playing the game of TopGolf itself here but the food & lazy service here is not it. The staff don't seem to care how you are doing and it feels as if it's not run by any kind of manager / management. The food is inedible, especially the nachos - avoid these! I'd still recommend going though as the game itself is fun but avoid ordering any food and make sure to book a fast-track option online or expect a long 2+ hour wait for a booth when you arrive.

Went on Saturday and ended up waiting just under 3 hours to play a game. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our drinks and 1 hour and a half to get food. Better booking systems are needed!!!

This visit was very frustrating. Weekends are busy we completely understand this. What is frustrating is 45 minuets for drinks when there are up to five staff members standing around the bar area just chatting with 20 drinks sat there not being taken to tabes. There is a real lack of energy or enthusiasm to get anything done.
We waited almost three hours for our turn to play. I will return because it is great fun when you can play, ill come back when its less busy and the staff want to work and not socialise.

food took way over an hour wasnt even bust. when came out chips were freezing cold and burger was as plain as anything and onion rings were burnt to a crisp better of getting mcdonalds.

I recently enjoyed the Topgolf experience; however, I was a bit disappointed to find no Halal food options available. We had planned to have dinner during our visit, but due to the lack of Halal choices, we had to cut our trip short and dine elsewhere.
I hope you will consider this feedback and add Halal options to your menu. With a large Muslim community living nearby, offering Halal food could attract more potential customers and enhance the overall experience for a diverse audience.

The game itself is well worth the visit,but management seriously need to take a look at how to run a fun successful place.it took forever to get someone to serve us at the table as the bar was not taking orders. There were at least 8 staff members waiting at the end of the bar. I asked twice for someone to come over as the voucher we purchased would not work on the app. We were sat down after our game for at least 45 mins before we got some service. This could be a great place under the right management. Remember make it fun and interact with the guests and please give a good service time.
