I ordered some items from wow on 10th May 2025 my items not all of the items came and I was over charged and up to now I have not been paid back I have been calling and sending emails but they will send you a reply to say someone will get back to you in 2hour but nobody will get back to you they are fraud Donot buy anything from this company

I would give zero stars if I could. This company sent me an item with missing parts. I set it back. I have waited 1 month for a refund, 6 emails later and they keep sending automated responses. Still waiting for my money even though I sent them the return tracking label. Stay clear of this company, it?s not worth the hassle

I would give 0 starts if I could, I have not Received my order I have sent them CCTV footage of the delivery driver leaving my order On my front doorstep which is obviously been taken again CCTV footage has been sent yet they are refusing to refund me and I believing the case that the delivery driver re-delivered the parcel yet he left my house without the parcel and drove off in his van visible on the footage so he had no parcel to redeliver I will be seeking more advice on this but avoid avoid avoid this company operates illegally!! it has been a joke from start to finish!!!

Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was extremely helpful! Great products and prices, we will be returning regular to you because you was so kind and accommodating. They even asked if we needed help carrying everything to the car! Thank you once again.
