My wife Lesley lauder booked an appointment to see a specific person Nazneen Muluk on the 6th March.An hour before the appointment she got a call to say she may not be able to see the lady as they had a rolling clinic on today even though she had booked to see her. She was told Nadeem only works Sunday or Wednesday ,so Wednesday was offered so why today was she told she may not be able to see her. We spoke to a manager but was told it was booked in error in the wrong time slot and she could offer another appointment but how could they confirm whether I would see this person when I re booked. Apparently it depended on what time breaks or lunch the people went on today whether she was able to see me it not. I could not attend the alternative appointment which meant waiting two weeks. She was also told she would need to pay as her sight test was not due until December this year although her last test was 2022 another error made by this branchShe is really annoyed and frustrated by this as other appointments were cancelled to arrange thisSo now after writing this review and already sending a complaint email I have been asked to do it again. You already have all the information. Another show of how your organisation works

I got my eye test done here at vision express but I chose to get my glasses from India with the same prescription that was given to me by vision express. When I got the glasses I had some vision issue so I went to vision express and explained the problem. They said because the glasses weren?t done by them, they can?t help although their prescription was used to make the glasses. Also, the rep said that ?There is a huge difference between Indian and British standards of making the glasses?.Basically they don?t take ownership if there is a fault in the prescription!

My glasses are being made for the third time, first arrived with a chip out of the middle of the lens, second were plain lenses when they should have become sunglasses in bright light. I can only guess what will turn up in 2 weeks time. There is no priority for remanufacturing incorrect goods, so from a first order on 28 October it will be mid December for the next iteration. Six weeks to get it right! If that?s wrong Christmas will get in the way and it will be January. It?s a 20 mile round trip of over an hour and a £2 parking charge each time too.

Great service today, welcoming attentive and friendly staff. Thorough and efficient eye examination, informative and happy to spend time discussing any further questions I had. Placed an order for lenses and a good explanation of the costs and payment options.Thank You ??

My wife and I went to the store today to choose two pairs of glasses after a recent eye test. We were greeted by Camilla who spent a lot of time helping to choose the ideal glasses for my difficult prescription including lens positioning etc. We were impressed by her cheerfulness and dedication to getting it right, even seeking a second opinion to be sure on one occasion. There was no rush and we left with a good feeling that we could not have wished for a better experience. I'm looking forward to a return visit to collect my new glasses soon. Thank you.

The team were unhelpful when choosing glasses, and during the payment stage. I did not receive alerts of when my glasses would be ready, and I had to call them to check if my glasses had arrived, during which I was told a text had been sent (which had in fact not been received). Need to improve on customer service. The opticians on the other hand, were helpful and thorough in their assessment.

I had my first eye appointment at vision express after using specsavers my whole life until I had an awful experience there whilst pregnant. The optician was amazing and all the staff were so helpful and lovely. Glad I changed over.

Very bad experience. My eye test was wrong by -0.75 and my wife had a scratch on her lens which took them two weeks to check as they were convinced the lens just needed cleaning without even checking it. Staff are very unprofessional so they will leave in the middle of the consultation to attend to other clients and very rude when speaking with them.

If I could give 0 stars I will! What a poor and unprofessional service I have received with my 8 years old boy yesterday. The optician kept asking if we are due to an eye test like she would not get payed for my son eye test. We were due and my son suffered a severe reaction to HF allergy. However if he wasn?t due I?ll be more than happy to pay his visit! She talk a lot and over me, she didn?t give us the time to answer any question and she was talking very quickly like she is in rush for something else. Now I need to get an other appointment with an other optician ?not with Vision Express? because she did not answered our questions or has a knowledge why my son?s eyes are red everyday. She put a drop in his eyes and I have no idea why or if everything ok!!!!My son was very upset till the point that he does not want to go back there ever. She was speaking to an 8 years old like an adult! She was giving him orders No please or thank you or well done. I was almost leaving in the middle of the visit because her tone was so bad and she was very unprofessional. I didn?t get her name but she was wearing a flowery dress from the 80s and black heels.

During my routine scheduled eye exam I was given the choice of a photo of the rear of the eye which is normally taken as a matter of course what wasn't mentioned was the cost if I'd said yes, which I had. Also During the exam the optician spent so long shining the very strong light in my eye (10 minutes) that it caused a headache that lasted two days. I won't be coming back.

I was greeted as I walked into vision Express and offered help with choosing my glasses.The optician was very nice and patient with me I felt he was very thorough with my eye examination I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to getting my new glasses.
