Service was not great. Bought a product, and raised an issue regarding the product didn?t have Expire Date and Label and only has Production date on it. And it?s the seller responsibility to provide correct labelling And Manager on duty didn?t care and simply saying that this is American and already sold few pallets. Better they understand the below rule.
A wholesaler selling products without proper labelling is a serious violation of product safety and consumer protection laws, as labels are required to contain essential information like ingredients, allergen warnings, or safety instructions.

The customer service is absolutely professional and helpful to customers when you approach them for anything. They are quite people friendly and gives you accurate information when requested.

I bought two naan bread and both was short dated and I went two days later ask the double checker can you refund me or exchange and he said no you can?t change it then I asked him who is the manager here today (saturday) he showed me one guy I went and spoke to him politely but he said you can?t change it then he left,
So unprofessional and rude customer service, I left both naan bread there I said keep it I don?t want anything.
I will not going there again.

This cash & carry is absolutely fantastic! The staff are always so friendly, polite, and helpful, which makes shopping here a real pleasure. Their prices are very competitive, offering great value without compromising on quality. On top of that, the service is simply amazing ? efficient, professional, and always with a smile. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service and great deals!

We been shopping at Times for a long period. This place is convenient and I am able to get most of the stuffs which I couldn't get in other places.
Times has got a very good varieties of Elfbar's and cigarettes all stuck up neatly and the Ali has been helpful while purchasing cig in case if I was not sure.
All the staffs here are very cheerful, friendly and helpful.
I would like to mention two people Shashi who as been always amazing tries to help me if needed moreover make sure everything is fine.
Serdar who has been nice and welcomes me with a warm smile and makes sure I got all my stuffs in trolly. There was a time where a house hold stuff was mistakenly scanned 11 times. Serdar quickly came to me and apologised saying 'darling sorry ' and sorted it to me or I would have paid extra money without knowing. his service was so good on that day which I can't forget.
We are happy and would like to shop at Times even in future.
