Staff have been very helpful. Unfortunately initial repair didn?t work and subsequently needed a new tyre but I appreciated them trying and that they discounted the tyre price. No hard sell pressure and did the best to get everything done quickly. Very good service

Was recommended this garage and so pleased we were. The guys here totally went above and beyond to help me with several different matters- and considering they had never met me this was amazing. I am so grateful for their kind nature and continued support when things became a little difficult and frustrating with the job, but they kept me informed and assured me it would be sorted and it was. Still with a smile and kind reassuring nature. Will definitely be back!

Approx £40 charge for TPMS Essentials which was explained away as 'ohhh its a service kit we use on the TPMS valves'Having been a City & Guilds qualified tyre fitter for over 35 years I've never encountered a tpm valve that requires 'servicing' they either need Replacing or leaving alone

I can highly recommend the Tyre Pros Chelmsford team. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous service at a fair price. It is good to see that this has not changed since I last visited a few years ago. I called in the morning to be advised they could repair a tyre that morning. At 11 am I arrived at the agreed time and I finally got my keys back at 1 pm! unbelievable a tyre change can take 2 hours! Will avoid in future.
