Horrible experience staff are completely useless and don't help out when things get stollen

My bike got stolen and I went to the front desk to see the manager on the Saturday of September 20 of 2025 and they Sed the manager would be back on the Monday I went back there and the manager was not there they Sed I had to wait till Thursday I not wait another couple days as I have work in the week full time they did... read full comment

Location location is perfect for walking into the town center there are lots of locations close to the hotel. Greg’s, Costa Coffee, Sports Direct, Pure Gym. There is also a local brewery with Tap room and food trucks five minute walk.
