“It must be 20 years since I’ve used a travel agent to book a trip. I wanted to book a big holiday to South Africa, so I wandered into Trailfinders in Chelmsford to see what they offered. I was greeted by Rosanna Critchell who explained that everything Trailfinders does is completely bespoke. Within a few minutes we were looking at flights and accommodation options. Rosanna was absolutely brilliant and we built a fabulous itinerary together, she is an absolute credit to the company! I’ll be coming back for our next trip to Vietnam. It’s also worth noting that their prices are very reasonable.”

“We used empire coaches for a journey to London and back for our friends 40th. There were 11 of us picked up from Witham at 12.30pm and dropped to Soho London and then collected at 10.30pm and all dropped to our own home addresses! The price was extremely reasonable! In fact, in future id opt for empire coaches with a large group as its value for money and so much less hassle! We were all so impressed with the service.Our driver Duncan was punctual and so friendly. Thank you so much! This helped make our friends 40th very special and stress free!We will be back again!
