Rude customer service, i walked in 20 mins before closing time and someone working turned around and spat out at me you better have a click and collect order cause we're closing soon and if not you better hurry up , I was then waiting for him for 10 mins.
while the wait on it's own is not a problem, the rudeness however, is not needed or wanted especially when he seemed to be the manager which is a shame

Didn?t go in but accidentally parked in there car park due to it being connected to the Europcar rental and I was waiting for my friend before taking him home then a man that worked for tool station came to my car when I opened my door a very strong smell of weed entered my car then very rudely just told me to leave. Definitely don?t care for customer service there won?t be going there at all.

Cheap online prices, click and collect available, normally reasonably quiet most days. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking on site. Well worth considering. Used several times, no issues with any purchase.

A very useful place, thousands useful of items, most are really good. Remember the staff do their best but they are unlikely to have any real knowledge of the products.
