Was absolutely gutted when i smashed the glass on my divers watch that has sentimental value, thought it was a right off or would cost me at least £250. Went into store and was great and dealt with Alex and Hasan. Their customer service was amazing something you don?t see enough of today. Took my watch in replaced the glass tested it for water resistance and called me to say it was done after only two day. I?m over the moon at the mere £29 it cost me and such professional helpful service. Alex and Hasan thank you so much. I think it?s very important to leave good feedback when it is due ???? well recommended

Treated me like an imbecile after he kept me waiting for 20 mins cause he was off doing personal stuff...zero customer service zero manners...utter waste of my time...buddy is far more switched on at the central chelmsford timpsons...I'll keep going to him in future...avoid alex...he's combative!

Randomly closed today then when I went back they didnt have the key I needed. They have a photo printer here but you have to pay the person behind the counter. If they are closed it still prints the photo and you cant pay, they said lots of people dont pay for photos ... no wonder! Overall I wouldnt rely on this but you might get free photos printed. N.B. I did pay for mine!

Went to Timpson today to get a photo printed, we were greeted by Alex. He helped us with what size to have and put the photo in the frame for us, he made this process very simple and quick! Thanks again Alex.

Do not take watches to be repaired here. Took mine in to get a new battery after using for around a year. Two days after picking it up it had filled with water. Returned to shop and he told me it needed a full service to which I said surely it must be result of the recent battery change (not sealed properly). He informed me it could be sent off to be inspected and a decision made on who is at fault. Two weeks later it is decided that it is ?inconclusive? and I have a £100 bill to repair it. Lesson learnt - use a reputable local watch repairers.

Do NOT order Ultion keys from TimpsonUpon installation of new front door, supplied with just three keys for family of five, I immediately visited Timpson shop in Tesco Chelmsford to obtain additional keys. That was on 8th November, and just yesterday (4th Jan) I agreed to a refund as they failed miserably. The guys in the shop were clueless, and still no explanation as to why they failed to provide my keys. Yesterday I ordered keys directly with Ultion, it was cheaper and they arrive tomorrow!
