Several other repair services had declined to help, so I am Very pleased that he was able to stitch and glue the seam of my favourite walking boots. Saved them from the incinerator.

Outstanding service as usual. Went in for a watch replacement and got my watch cleaned as well. New heals for my shoes, and again they even gave them a good polish. Buddy is always very welcoming to every customer. Timpson, you are lucky to have him.

Popped into Erdal's shop to get a couple of keys cut for my folks. I ended up chatting to Erdal for some 40 minutes.What an absolute gentleman.Here's a chap who knows it's not just about cutting a couple of keys and taking money.Cost me 30 quid for all the keys but I came away richer for my visit.Thanks "Buddy".

Excellent service from Buddy, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I required a battery changed on an expensive watch, job completed and ready collected in half a hour. From Buddy?s recommendation I also took out a lifetime battery exchange deal. What a fantastic idea. Definitely recommend Timpson.

Got the soles repaired of my custom made shoes and the staff at timpsons put a layer of spray on shine, onto the shoes which then made the leather crack upon trying the shoes on. To have this issue repaired will cost another £200 onto of the £90 it cost to get the shoes resoled, they shoes sole has now also worn away in a matter of month.
