Really impressed with the service I received at the specs factory.Jamie is knowledgeable and was able to have a almost new pair of glasses lenses changed. Which i had been told was impossible to do and just throw them away even though they had fitted too dark a lens to the glasses.He also managed to correct a pair of glasses...

I bought 2 pairs in October 2018, price was good. I owever today l had an eye test and was told my glasses were 1 diopter stronger than the prescription from the same time and could be responsible for a vision issue.
