Got this so called Finest mash and its atrocious. Tastes like someone stirred instant mash into wallpaper paste. It?s dry, bland, barely seasoned, and has zero richness. I?ve had better mash in a school canteen. Tesco clearly cutting corners and it shows, time to switch supermarket

Poor cashier training, poor management and quite frankly how that place is still running with the staff they have is beyond me..Manager needs alot more experience in all aspects of running a forecourt. DCD in operation there but site still closes. NO customer service and given what problems have arose over the years there no clue as to how to resolve..Every time I've complained to management I get no where...I complain to head office and get everywhere! They obviously know how well it's NOT run...probably due to me having previously 20 plus years as an area manager of totalfina so know what to expect..
Still...At least headoffice know what they are doing and hope they pull up this site on its downturn and dismiss the current staff and get fresh well trained staff to replace..It will also save Tesco from giving out vouchers as a way of an apology to pay for the mistakes being made.
Shame...as some staff are nice...just not very good at their job.

21.50pm cones blocking the entrance so not a 10pm close. Luckily had enough fuel to get somewhere else.

Great shop with pretty much all the essentials and usually all in stock. Handy for petrol too. Also very handy that they do Evri collection and drop off.

21.08.2022 This store had a toilet - very handy! Some health & safety issues near the loo (used as extended stock room) but so glad it has a loo!

Terrible store. Very unorganised. 1 till open and people queuing down the aisles! Stuff everywhere. Charged me for a item twice but couldn't give me a refund until another member of staff came to the till.Left in the end.
