Good for parking. You can park for 3 hours if you spend £5 in store. However, for some reason you cannot buy vegan cheese of any variety in the shop, despite other Tesco stores selling vegan cheese products. The staff could not provide an adequate explanation for this. For this reason, i generally choose to shop elsewhere.

I try not to go here. It's the worst supermarket I know. I went today - first time for a long time. It's got worse. Only reason to go here is the 3 hours free parking in the town centre.

This used to be a good and respectful tesco but now i wouldn?t touch it however an amazing employee called Toby really helped bump this to a two star rather than 1 when he helped me with my shopping. I did see an employee have his trousers riding a bit low and was saying ?pizza pizza pizza? to himself in the frozen isle as well so im wondering how low the uniform standards have fallen

The self checkout is a joke .long ques .why is there never enough staff.also get a lot of people who place their shopping on the scales and then take more time packing into bags after.they should pack straight into a bag like you do when you go to a till and get served

Employees here don?t know what?s in stock and what isn?t, wrong items are put on wrong shelves. Employees can?t even tell if it?s the right item. I don?t understand on what basis are they hired. And what kind of superstore closes at 10 pm??

Saturdays are shocking: never enough staff - queues snake round the store so there?s no point in going in at all

Saturdays are a total nightmare as, unless it's Xmas, the store manager never has enough staff. Huge queues on self serve and manned checkouts, and even worse since they got rid of 6 additional self checkouts.
Today we also found that they had scrapped the vegan cheese section. Not just reduced the selection, scrapped it completely. I realise some people will be thinking yuk or what's the point of vegan cheese, but some people have lactose allergies, so this is quite a disappointment for us, too. On the plus side, now that there's no point in us shopping there, we can avoid the queues.

Bought a pair of slippers for Christmas, my partner didn?t want them so took them back to return with everything still on them brand new and they wouldn?t accept the return due to the price not being on there? Absolutely ridiculous as why would the price be in there when it?s for a Christmas present
