So I went for lunch at you new London road branch, I strongly feel you need to retrain the guy that was working this lunch time. So if I didn't at home him out he would've have finished my sandwich off with disgustingly filthy hands, with the same pair of gloves on, he started my sub then with these gloves on Served a customer at the till, then he blew his nose and then went to do my salad, like is that a joke? That's essentially 4 strikes on one order, and I hate to think how long he had the gloves on before I got there and how many times he blew his nose, not to mention the tissue he used to blow his nose had clearly been used a few times before like he should not be working with food that is awful behaviour

Meatballs aren't the best and the sauce is a bit generic. Service and hygiene seem better than average. A good selection of toppings

Went in there just before 2 pm today, the 3 useless pathetic staff were playing on their phones ignoring customers, I was going to be buying subs for myself and some friends, the idiots lost out on almost £30..i just walked out, will never be going back to that subway again.

Absolutely love subway and always will. You do have to raise your voice to ensure the staff hear you. Lots of fun options and perfectly fine for vegetarians/peskatarians

It's Okay, quite slow and don't always have the bread type you want. If it wasn't so directly on my way home and I wasn't so lazy, I would probably walk that bit further to the Moulsham Street one instead. So yeah, average.

Ordered a salad delivery today, all ingredients were there just it looked like the box was half empty. Probably subway run out of goods. My box had very little of everything. Comparing to salad boxes in other Subways- not satisfactory at all.

The slowest service in the world and possibly the worst. Only requested a simple ham sub, nothing else. Young girl used a dirty knife with sauce still on it from previous customer's sub, to cut the bread! My son even tried pointing out to her that she needs to clean utensils between customer's when there's sauce on them. No apology, or offer to remake the sub. Clearly went in one ear and out the other. Never going here again!
