The staff is absolutely incredible and makes sure to always accommodate my special requests and toppings. Because of the variety, staff?s friendliness and the quick service this has become my regular place to grab my lunch ?

This is my go to place before and after Sunday mass and while waiting for my bus to arrive. The people working there are very nice people. They show that they appreciate my business by sometimes giving more of the ingredients in what I ordered. Shout out to Sanju and Dhivakar as well!

The people who work here are very unhygienic. Went two weeks ago and guy refused to change his gloves after handling another customers money and ringing them up. This is not the policy of Subway corporate anywhere in the world. This place is awful. They will push their hair back and go right back to making food. Some serious food safety training is needed with everyone who works here.

I have been to this place many times and I always buy plant patty with every salad in it and some sauce ,its that simple . There is this new employees who don't have any passion . I don't know how they can go wrong . My sub is not having enough salads ( corn , cucumber, jalapeno, onion or tomato ). No sauce either . Very less quantity of salad and sauce . My patty not toasted as well.I am tired after a long day and it's 18.17 I am so hungry . This is the second time I am facing the same with these people .Few months back its all fine . Frustrated. I am not going g to this bus stand branch of chelmsford anymore .

The guys on subway as the manager old man he was very rude and not use gloves at all I asked him to use and then he use only one hand with not other hand I need complain to food safety!!! Also not putting right amount of meat and there is hair inside the meat speaking rude saying I will kick out we?re all customers back of me !!! Man looks like old with tracks No apron , as-well no hat really I disappointed never return back there ? business owner needs to know what?s happening inside needs to word with him !! I am waiting reply back from you !!

We ordered two coffees. Service was very slow and after waiting 20 minutes we got one coffee and one tea!!But worst of all was the disgusting state of the toilet! Also, nothing to wash hands with.

Ordered a black coffee and a latte, gave me a tea and a latte, very slow in servicing the order and got it wrong, despite the fact there was only one couple in before us and they were complaining about their order.. We did wonder if his standard of English was up to par. Was horrified when using the toilet to find the whole toilet seat fell off when I went to lift the seat. There was faeces around the bowl and no hand soap to use, and a horrible noise every time the entrance door opened.I expect a much better standard of service and hygiene from such a brand as subway. A brand I used to respect.I won't be going back!!!
