Went in to buy a washing machine they couldn't tell me when it could be delivered as they haven't got a van . So I left and went to John Lewis got washing machine delivered and installed next day .

TVs don’t work , so you cannot see what they are like. Staff don’t know how to get them to work. Service is lacking . Must be different management . It is not the same place as 7 years ago where we spent 8k .
