Although the store was busy on my first visit I was seen within good time of my appointment.Staff were very helpful and friendly and at my eye test I was given good time though out the different eye tests,by the staff and the opticianWhen it was time to choose my glasses I was shown the selection of men's glasses and given plenty of time and help with the choice of my new glasses by the lady who served me.I would like too thank all the staff who served me and helped me with my new glasses.Thankyou Team Specsavers high street Chelmsford. I had a very good optician but it's not always like that. They are the cheapest opticians around. I didn't get the tinted glasses I wanted despite consistently asking. I think they're on a bonus to sell Polaroids.

What a great team at Chelmsford branch! Although the store was extremely busy on a Saturday afternoon, they had just enough staff to accommodate this and kept everyone up to date on queue times. They were warm and friendly and nothing felt like too much trouble for them. My optician was so lovely, so personable and genuine even at the end of a busy day!

As my eye examination at the Chelmsford store consisted of only being asked to read one line of the letter chart, I can't really give a full review. Not impressed and will not be going back.
