Always been happy but you spend hundreds of pounds and get a cheap and nasty case that does not protect the glasses. They have updated it and it's a massive backwards step compared to the old cases. Went back into store and they do not offer any other cases. The cases are easily crushable and totally useless for travelling.

Asked for 20inch from pc got 17 inches went back got a new pair lenses after 2 weeks wait againg only to get got home and againg 17inches from screen .90% of the world sit 20 inches from a computer screen so I knew after research i was with the majority of the world .going back againg 3rd time 13 February asking for money back .I dont know if its just the Chelmsford branch in the high street as canvey Island i used for 8 years never had a problem , realy disappointed ? I haven't had glasses for 5 wweeks.NEVER AGAING WILL I USE USE CHELMSFORD USELESS.

I had a really bad experience from the staff,when I visited on chelmsford high street branch last week..I was in the que and once my turns comes , staffs in the frontdesk had just move out from their without any response to my question and just moved to other cabin.I felt very Bad.
