Always very helpful staff. I came in today at lunch time looking for longer screws for a kitchen door handle. The gentlemen serving me checked the original screw dimensions, and got me one that was 5mm longer, with no fuss. If I asked for this level of help at b&q down the road, they'd have been incapable and I would have been there forever trying to resolve it myself. Thank you

I pop in here when my handyman gives me a list of parts, and they usually have what we need. Prices can fluctuate as they're tracked, so it's best to use the app, website, or in-store digital screens since they no longer offer a physical brochure like Toolstation. Andrew, the duty manager, was excellent today, and Mark was very patient and communicative while I tried different options. Heads up: AMEX can only be used online here, unlike Toolstation, where it's accepted in-store.

Absolute shambles of a store, go in with the items your after, greeted by rude and unhelpful staff, Chloe the duty manager is beyond rude and obnoxious, THANKFULLY there is a store the other side of town where they?re far more helpful. Snotty teenagers being promoted to ?management? when they can?t even manage to see past their own noses.Absolute joke. Strongly advice to avoid the store!
