Went to go pay for my fuel and the rude, older lady at the counter accused me of having had a drink. I can assure you I was a sober passenger filling up whilst my wife and children were in the car.I said it must be the fuel on my hands before she said she swore she must have smelt alcohol and that the "police had been in recently" and "perhaps it was the other guy who left". I didn't appreciate the accusation either way.A few lessons in manners wouldn't hurt.

Terrible customer service. Staff sitting behind counter on their phones looking bored. They take your money without a thank you. Clearly more training needed Sainsburys.

Went to this petrol station today filled up and went to pay. Greeted by a rude and obnoxious woman behind the tills. I asked to pay some cash and some card and this women rolled her eyes at me and said "if you must!" I understand that there are covid problems right now but to be spoken to so disrespectfully by a women who couldn't even figure out how to wear a mask correctly is unreal and extremely rude. ( mask was over mouth not nose). Will go elsewhere in future!

Just want to say in all the chaos with fuel the last few day Sainsbury?s staff were fantastic. Well organised and kept the line moving, a bit of banter and kept stress levels low. Well done Sainsbury?s
