Edited review:Nice salon, first few times I went, I felt very pampered. On 3rd visit, After trying to sell me products, stylist said if i left a 5* Google review making sure I shared pics & named her, as a thank you she would gift me the conditioner, for free, on my next visit. Upon my next visit, stylist had forgotten our conversation & then said she couldn?t see my review anyway. When I showed her, she denied conversation saying she wouldn?t have said that, despite the lengthy discussion about it!Personally won?t be returning, but salon is nice & they run lots of deals.

Wonderful first experience at Rush today with the man who was great and really knew what he was doing with my limp, lifeless and fine hair. Will definitely be back. Was treated so well, coffee was lush and felt really pampered. Lovely staff. Cannot wait to come for my root tap and balayage.

First time customer, recently moved here from NZ so had to find a good salon and I certainly did! Staff are friendly, and welcoming. Yen had to colour my hair, and match it to what I had already and she totally nailed it! Rebooked for next appointment on the spot!

I came in with red and black box dye in my hair having never been to the salon before, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Jade managed to get rid of all the red and take my hair from a mess to a really pretty balayage that i'm sooo happy with. My hair has honestly never felt/ looked more healthy and i'll definitely be back!!

I?m Rush customer for the past few years and my regular stylist was Kieran. Unfortunately he left a while ago and now Louise is my stylist. I came after going couple of times to different hairdresser who simply damaged my hair and the haircut was horrendous. I explained to Louise I wanted to tone down yellow looking bright blonde and the even out my haircut without chopping it off too much. Louise delivered exactly what I wanted. Beautiful natural looking blonde and amazing haircut. She really is professional and experienced. She is like a wizard and knows how colours works for everyone. The haircut was great too and blow dry was the best I had in many, many years. I?m very happy customer and my hair finally are looking amazing. Even my husband who normally doesn?t notice changes in my hair complimented me saying this shade of blonde looks really nice.Well done Louise, keep up fantastic work ??

Had a hair cut with Billy today, what a GEM. I came in with a haircut (from a different salon) which was diabolical. Billy took one look at was able to sort it out for me, he talked me through the whole process and has made my hair look AMAZING. So professional, cannot wait to go back.

I came away feeling so well looked after today. A beautifully natural colour from Louise (she is so knowledgable and I felt in really safe hands) and a fantastic cut from Billy who somehow made my hair look longer and so much healthier. They really go above and beyond for customer service, it was pouring with rain so they gave me an umbrella to take home so as not to ruin my new hair. This was my first visit to Rush Chelmsford and I will absolutely be back. Thank you

Had my hair cut and styled by Billy yesterday.This was my second visit to Rush with Billy.I was really pleased with the results and also had a good laugh with Billy which was a great way to start my day.All the staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome.I look forward to my next visit.

If I could leave 10 stars I would!I came to Louise with 6 box colours on my hair with a previous hair dresser just colouring over the top.Louise was great in my consultation explaining a break down and how to get the best result with my hair with a hair stripper starting with fresh hair after how it was left. I?ve been seeing Louise now for 6 months and my hair is soo healthy and long again. Never been happier with my hair.All the team are lovely can?t wait for my next appointment.

Had a restyle with Yennefer Tuesday 28th, and I cannot explain how amazing the whole experience was from beginning to end. I've been wanting my hair short for so long, but was always too nervous to take the leap, but finally had the courage to try it out and oh how I wish I'd done it sooner.I didn't prebook and just walked in hoping to be seen, and thankfully they could see me within the hour (meaning i had time for breakfast), before we started I had to give the heads up that I may cry, not their fault, just a natural reflex when I have my hair cut, but the whole process had me smiling from ear to ear. Yennefer put me completely at ease, explaining as she went along, had a laugh with me and just made it feel homely. I can now look in the mirror and see myself. Will definitely be booking Yennefer for all future hair cuts:)
