Currently heavily pregnant and it took me A LOT of effort to bag up and take some things to the charity shop. Sorry to say I was treated appallingly just now. I was fully ignored & they wouldn?t even entertain me standing at the door with my bags. They didn?t even have any interest in checking what I had. Very disappointed with the lack of decent human interaction I just witnessed.

This is a good, well laid out charity shop with a large selection of excellent goods, from small "knick-knacks" to good quality clothes and a a variety of books. And all the cash helps animals......so, what's not to like!

I love this shop. It has the best collection of second hand books in Essex. It cannot be beaten on price and donations go to a worthy cause.
