Superb customer service (Donna at Chelmsford)Picked up parcel from Chelmsford delivery office which I had missed previously. Donna carefully explained the busy nature of Mothers Day week, made good suggestions to get hold of my delivery number which wasn't on the card, had a hunt for the small parcel and reappeared after a few minutes with it, saving me a 3 mile walk back home. Massive appreciation for a lovely professional caring lady.

Picked up a no stamp Christmas card price a bit excessive £5.00. Must say lady on the counter is brilliant she must get a lot of moans from people but treats them all with dignity. She's the reason for 5stars .

Strange opening times. Example Monday 8 till 10 then shut all day.Very limited parking and the road can be quite busy.No queue when I arrived at 8am so that was a relief as have been once before in afternoon and queue was out the door and down the stairs.

I was about to get scammed when I came & asked for help from the Royal Mail staff. They managed to stop the parcel leaving the building & I never been happier. Thank you Royal Mail thank you *Laurence for helping me see this through.

I have purchased an item on 25th May and paid extra for next day delivery before 6pm, my order has despatched the same day and received at Chelmsford MC at 3:36 am on 26th based on the tracking history. No delivery attempt or any action has occurred on 25th nor 26th and tomorrow is Sunday and they don?t work, the day after tomorrow is Monday bank holiday and if lucky I might receive it on Tuesday 30th! Why I have paid extra for next day delivery when I receive my order 5 days later? Why no single action has happened on Thursday 26th nor Friday 27th? Chelmsford MC is so slow and frustrating!
