The worst pharmacy - awful customer service which just seems to be getting worse, never have the scripts ready, fill half a script but then can?t give it to you without explanation while you stare at them waiting for it. Truthfully a let down and quite clearly they can?t handle the amount of patients they have.

This is a joke of a Pharmacy.They claim to open from 8:30am, yet on two occasions there wasn't anyone there to open the store.On top of that they barely have any items in stock. Do yourself a favour and don't gamble with this Mickey mouse of a business.Head to boots or a reputable pharmacy.

They say its open 8:30 am. I was waiting outside from 8:20 am. I could see 2 staff laughing and joking and they could see me waiting for them to open. 8:40 one of them came to say they could not open because pharmacist hadn't arrived. I told her I just needed to buy aspirin, the dreg of humanity refused to open. No commonsense, lazy, idiots. I understand no pharmacist no prescription medication but what's the problem of selling other products?Never go there again waist of time.

I changed to this pharmacy about 10 years ago due to my previous pharmacy always having problems.Rivermead pharmacy have always got my prescriptions correct and without fuss.i highly recommend them.

Appalling customer service. Having worked in a dispensary myself, I understand the amount of ?scrips? you have to deal with but to leave paying customers waiting like a lemon for a good 10 mins and not even acknowledging them, I think is unacceptable.

This is the best pharmacy I have used in over 40 years. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and go far beyond the mere dispensing of medication. They have been especially good in the way they have carried on during the covid-19 pandemic.
