Came in as i saw a Shell Charm Belt on the mannequin and wanted to purchase it!After a lot of deliberation by the staff(who don't seems to know their stock),it turned out it was Sold Out,The manageress was not very helpful and i was not able to purchase from store,and not on website either!She was not interested in helping me further and was quite stroppy when i asked if i could get the one from display!No wonder Retail is dying in the UK!!!

Shopping at River Island today. The lighting was brilliant. The clothing in the store was very well organised and had flow. The store was clean and all entrances were clear. My only small gripe (there's always one ?) there should be sign where the floor slopes warning people. My shopping experience was an absolute delight thanks to Ohio, the superstar cashier. Polite, efficient, and a folding wizard?he made my experience seamless. If River Island had a hall of fame, Ohio would be a shoo-in. Thanks for the top-notch service! ?? Absolutely delighted!

This is a pristine, clearly, and easily laid out clothing and accessories store.The shop is always clean and very well stocked, which is solely down to the fantastic staff.They are always courteous and friendly whilst remaining professional.The range of clothing is excellent from everyday essentials through to higher end.It is very highly recommended store.

One of the good stores in high chelmer. Good shop for clothing and other accessories including for kids. Sale is on where heavy discounts are allowed

I just wanted to share how much I enjoy going into River Island in Chelmsford. They are always super friendly, helpful, not pushy or salesy. That is RARE these days when shopping. Just wanted to say thanks to the team there for making it a nice experience with brilliant customer care ?? (18/4/2023).

I love river island clothes, shame there isn't much choice for teenage boys, my son got a voucher for Christmas and he struggled choosing much as the choice is so limited

We went to river island in Chelmsford as my partner needed an out for that night. I asked James to help me and he was amazing. I told him roughly what we was looking for and he was so friendly and helpful. My partner got the perfect outfit so thank you James you was brilliant ?
