Umm? so I went in yesterday after work. Just a normal browse. I went to the changing room to try things on and the ladies at the front did not seem to give one care in the world that I was standing there. When I came out, again, I was still standing there waiting to give them some clothes, I said hello, no response just ignored. After, I went to check out. The man seemed so tired and worn out that I didn?t even want to bother saying hi. When he packed my stuff up he chucked the receipt and I said thankyou, and he didn?t respond.
Overall. Customer service is just bad. They don?t seem to care whatsoever about customers.

disappointment with the poor customer service I received.
I purchased a dress without a tag; the cashier manually entered the item number to complete the sale. Today, 16 August 2025, I returned to the store to return the dress, as it did not fit properly. A staff member named Franccesca attempted to process my return but informed me that because the tag had been cut off, she could not proceed. I explained that was exactly how I had originally purchased the item. Franccesca then summoned the store manager, Skye.
Manager Skye without approaching the till, stated that nothing could be done. Despite reiterating my explanation, Franccesca abruptly closed the till and walked away. I attempted to speak with Skye again, but she continued to question whether the dress had been sold in that condition and implied it was ?unusable,? completely ignoring the reality that this was how the dress was initially sold to me.
This experience was both confusing and frustrating, and I feel that I was treated unfairly by both Franccesca and Skye. After all, who cuts off tags and tries to return the item??

Lady watched me scan all my items and pack them wanted to then check my bag I requested security can do it and not her
Took a good 5 minutes to check
Lots of comments were made back and fourth I expressed I was annoyed I had been victimised and no one else was
Security guard after unpacking my bag didnt bother to put the items back ? went to go through my personal bag and I told him what was he doing
So rude and embarrassing when I had paid for everything!
Ended up being banned as my words got the better of me
Oh well would rather shop else where if this is what you get ??

Very dissatisfied with how the workers treat customers.
2 years ago after I had a baby I went into the shop for some underwear. Whilst in the changing rooms, a changing room worker literally just opened the curtain and walked in with 4 teenage girls. I was completely topless and was left horrified. The worker didnt say sorry or anything just got the top that was hanging on a hook and left. I have struggled going into the shop since especially the changing rooms.
This time- I had a baby a few months ago and have had issues with going clothes shopping since. Once my MIL left the store to feed my baby i was followed by 2 workers. I picked up around 11 items woth 2 duplicates in a different size. When I went to the changing rooms understandably a limit on what you can take in. Both times I went back to swap the clothes with ones in my basket, all the stuff was counted again. Once at the tills I had my bag checked again by a worker without being prompted by the random searches.
I have struggled since my first born to go clothes shopping and the one time I have the courage to go by myself this happens. I didn't feel comfortable and it's left me feeling as if i look like someone who steals.
Management were spoken to by both MIL and partner. They said they would sort it but I don't have high hopes in anything being done or changing.

I have tried calling the store multiple times to find out if they are dog friendly as I understand some of their stores are. I called 24 times before arriving there and no one answered. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I?m going to walk to the store with my dog to find out if he can even go in because they cannot answer a simple phone call

I bought thermal tights from Primark yesterday, and I wore them to work today. While I was doing my job, they tore so badly that I felt extremely embarrassed since everyone was around me at the time.
Primark really needs to focus on their product quality. This isn?t fair. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this incident, I don?t think I?ll shop there again.
