Agree with other customer reviews that Pret is now more expensive than it needs to be. Over £5.00 just for 2 pastries??
Guess its lucky for them there isn't so much cafe competition or customers would start to go elsewhere

It's a shame how one member of staff that's so terrifically rude can override all the other great members of staff at this Pret. In all the Pret's I go to all the members of staff are so incredibly nice. On an average day I typically go to 2 or 3 different Prets around London. I don't encounter any rude staff but I sadly have here.
