Really good sales team and Ian was very informative about the Ssangyoung Rexton that we purchased! His communication throughout our purchase was excellent and he pulled out all the stops in having a Ssangyoung Rexton towbar fitted so we could collect our new car on the agreed date , I wouldn?t hesitate in recommending Prestons garage and their team when buying a new Ssangyoung vehicle, all the Ssangyoung models are rather very good quality and you get a lot of vehicle for your money, thanks again Prestons Best Regards Patrick Atterbury

We put our Skoda Octavia in for a service this week. This is our first time using Preston's Garage and I just wanted to say that the customer service experience was second to none. There is no question we will use them again. Being new-ish to the area, it can take a little while finding your feet with which companies are good or bad. Some dealers are pretty poor with how they treat customers or the quality of their work. At least we now have our regular garage sorted for the foreseeable future.

We took our 2006 plate Kyron to Prestons as it kept going into limp mode and our regular serviceman was unable to cure the fault. Casey at Prestons contacted Ssangyong, South Korea for a solution and has solved the problem. The car is performing better than it ever has!

Prestons always offer a personal service, greeting me by name and acknowledging my preferences without having to refer to any notes.Prestons is a smaller garage than many because they do not concentrate on flashy showrooms, where you will often find salespersons abound to sell you a new vehicle, with little interest shown on after sales care.Prestons have always looked after my car very well when it has been in their care and many years ago diagnosed a fault that other Skoda main dealers were unable to trace - the original reason I transferred my allegiance to them.So, if you want flashy showrooms, go elsewhere. If you want a garage where they employ people who know what they are doing rather than technicians trained to analyse computer read outs, Preston?s is your place!

Prestons were recommended by a family member, after we waited months for a motability vehicle from another garage and were continually let down.A suitable car was in the showroom, and everything was dealt with professionally and swiftly by Ian, so my brother was able to collect his new car within a few weeks.On the day of collection, Ian explained all the paperwork (much of it was done in advance), and then demonstrated the features of the car. He was very friendly and encouraged us to get back in touch if we needed anything or had any questions.This is one of the best transactions we have experienced with a car dealer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestons if you are thinking of buying a new or used car.

Ian at Prestons Garage in Chelmsford was amazing. He explained all about the car. Sorted out the tax , log book and paperwork. Very pleasant and comprehensive. He even sent me videos he had made describing all the features of the car. What a godsend!
