“I always get attentive service once I get to the front and the best advice when I need it. It's not their fault that they are understaffed. The uncontrollable part is that some people are bringing packages that need weighing whilst others need one stamp. Give yourself more time should this happen to you however, I've never had to leave the queue in a rush.”
