Very helpful and friendly whilst i was buying a car. As im from abroad, Bill helped make sure i knew exactly what i was doing for getting my tax etc. when i came back a week later he was more than happy to change a fuse over for me aswell !!

brought a car from the nook in writtle road Bill the salesman was great no hard sell none of the usual dealer spill just good old fashioned honesty and knowledge i had a couple of problems with car a couple of weeks later telephoned bill and with no hesitation he said bring the car in and within two days it was as good as new many thanks bill i even offerd him a drink and her refused and said its my policy to keep my customers happy well iam more than happy take a look around the showroom you wont regret it all the best bill

Bought an Audi A3 from PMC a couple of months ago. When visiting had a great chat with Bill, great guy, honest and makes the experience as easy and as comfortable as possible. Recently had an issue with the gear box which once i got the car to Bill he had fixed in decent timing. Kept me updated and what was happening with the car. Definitely recommend buying from them

Great customer service and great cars! Bought a fiesta zetec from here around the Christmas period and was in absolutely perfect condition. Had a couple issues with my bonnet cable and boot switch however both were fixed right away for free. Highly recommend buying from here!!
