This store needs closing down. Staff are rude, you can never get through on the phone, and the average delivery time has been between 1 & 2 hours, which is an absolute disgrace. Fed up of receiving cold food, let's face it. It's not cheap these days.

Earlier in your surveys I mentioned that the biggest problem is drivers delivering pizza deliveroo, Uber. They call asking for a postal code which seems to be on the label. Yesterday a courier searched my house with a pizza without a food bag. The pizza was cold. My question is why do these people deliver food if they can't do their job properly.

We ordered 2 pizzas for collection on the 22nd November 2024. We arrived at the time it said to on the app , I was shocked how busy it was, literally queueing out the door ( it is a collection only store ). There were customers there who had been waiting for over an hour. There were at least 7 delivery drivers collecting orders on behalf of various take apps which caused chaos.
In the staffs defence, this is a very , very busy place and they clearly can't cope with the demand being the only pizza hut in the area now. Reading some of these reviews upset me really , as it isn't the fault of the staff they were fantastic and trying really hard to please everyone. I've worked in this tough , demanding environment in east London ( different trade ) and I know how hard it is when everyone wants everything at the same time. The manager here was top class I thought when he arrived. We received a free ice cream and my daughter was thrilled. My advice would be before ordering , is if you want a fast delivery or fast collection in busy periods go to another place.

Ordered a pizza at 9:30 and had someone cancel the order on me when it was already meant to be delivered, someone else then delivered my pizza and it was warm at best, had barely any cheese on it and was not up to standard whatsoever. This is the second time I?ve had a problem with this Pizza Hut now and they don?t even bother to answer the phone either. Do not recommend eating from here as you will most likely be disappointed and it?s even harder to try get a refund or even a new pizza when they don?t answer. Shocking

Food was amazing, cooked to perfection. Haven?t had quality food from Pizza Hut like this in a long time. Manager was more than helpful. Will be back!!

I just ordered a large margarita deep pan through just eat. Extremely disappointed with it hardly any cheese possibly the worst pizza I've ever ordered will not be ordering!! They say 25% off pizzas but infact it's not at all as the cheese is non existent!!

Received our order, missing 1 large pizza and given an empty box of garlic bread! When I rang up they were so unhelpful, said they couldn't do anything as they were busy! Awful service, will stick to Dominoes in the future!

Ordered a meal for the family for stepsons birthday, brilliant service from the person I spoke to int he phone who took my order, the delivery driver was very clean and professional and very polite when handing over the food.
The food arrived within 45 minutes and was hot and very delicious. We all enjoyed it.
