We had a fabulous party for my 10year old and 7 friends.
The staff were so friendly knowledgeable, kind and fun. Our chef was Carlos. He kindly and gently supported all of the girls and put them all at ease with a big smile. The manager also joined in with entertainment at different times, a ready smile and joke. He also did a couple of rounds of musical statues. Very jovial and high spirited and easy going staff. Much appreciated.
The girls were treated to a starter (dough balls and salad), their own pizza with lots of topping choices and ice cream with sauces. They also had unlimited squash.
There was an activity sheet for each person. It cost around £15 each, which is very reasonable, for a 3 course meal with the added bonus of a fun activity, knowledge and lasted around 2 hrs.
We took a game with us too so we could entertain ourselves a bit longer so as to coincide with the cinema. We were also allowed to take banners etc to decorate but no confetti stuff.
The only thing we found a bit hard was trying to speak to the restaurant beforehand. The phone is never answered, same with emails. We live about 35 mins away so had to keep driving in to discuss anything. We spoke to different people each time and got slightly different answers from each of them regarding ability to change timings and party games etc. But all in all this didn't matter on the day as nothing was too much trouble and they're so easy going.

Extra info....they only do parties on Sundays. These are often upstairs which is also where the toilets are. They don't do parties in December or if anything major is happening in town like festivals etc.
My daughter said it was the best party ever!
Parking: We parked near the odeon. £6 all day on Sundays.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. So kind.

A lovely welcome when we went in, we showed the voucher and was welcomed and showed to a nice corner table. Placed our order as per voucher classic pizza and a coke for £10.00 and added a glass of red wine . Chatting to the lovely man about our visit was a refreshing and enjoyable experience. This was a lovely clean light bright place that we have now found. Our pizza was beautiful and a comp side was a real treat! Thank-you for unknowingly making a late birthday treat so enjoyable. ?

First thing we were told as we walked in 'there will be a longer wait today as we only have one Chef!'. Not my problem. Hire some staff to work on a busier day such as a weekend don't just tell the customers that you will provide bad service because you haven't hired enough staff. Waited over 30 mins to order drinks and food. We then waited over 1h 30 for 1 pizza and 2 mac and cheese with 1 portion of doughballs. We then finished our food and asked for the bill 5 times before we finally got the bill and then ignored for the next 20 mins when we wanted to pay! Spent nearly 4 hours to have a meal that should take less than an hour! Never goin here again and will be making a formal complaint! Take your money elsewhere!

The best Pizza express restaurant and I have to say we keep returning all because of one lady, Sandie (the one that offers pepper) we?ve been in a few times, (we own a pub locally) always the service is exemplary. Drinks and food order taken very swiftly, but always takes the time to check how we are and have been. Table was booked for 7.30pm on 23.12.24. Food was amazing as always, and although the team appeared to be having a challenging night, they remained professional throughout. Sandie her bubbly self. Constantly checking on tables and on us. Nothing was too much trouble. Merry Christmas to all. We highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. We were turned away by the waitress, a young lady at 7:15pm. She had informed us that a big seating was arriving any moment and she would not be able to seat us, although it just my partner and I. However, upon walking past 30 minutes later, there was no ?big seating? and in fact other we saw her seating other couples, with still many empty chairs.
I?m assuming the waitress thought she may have been able to close earlier by refusing us, without expecting other people to wander in. If there was another reason, honesty would have been appreciated. This kind of treatment doesn?t make me want to return.

The food was great, the staff were very lovely too, especially Mauro! I only docked a couple of stars off the atmosphere as when there are more customers, it does get rather loud, especially with the music playing in the background, but this is fairly typical of a
lot of restaurants. Besides this, everything else is 5 stars from me.

The service was impeccable. The food was perfect and came out quickly. Starters first with the perfect gap between getting mains. The waitress was perfect, Charming and funny. Atmosphere is only a 3 because let's be honest. It's a chain restaurant without much character.
