Went to Pizza Express Chelmsford- Moulsham street- along with my family and it was superb! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive Mauro, Andreia and Reni all served us with great care. The food was delicious and it came very quick! Would definitely come back again.

I went in for a quick bite to eat before I started my shift. Angneskia was my waitress she is faultless as always, so welcoming and attentive. Angneskia always makes my dining experience 10/10 total credit to the pizza express team.

Had a party for our kid's birthday where they get to make their own pizza. All the kids really enjoyed it. A special thank you to Remmy, who really made the party fun, and helped all the kids with their pizzas. Thanks!Kid-friendliness: Remmy was really good with all the kids at the party.

I brought my mum and children here for lunch and the staff and service were excellent. They prepared a gluten free pizza for my mum (which she loved) and my very fussy children really enjoyed their food too. The staff were friendly and accommodating and Mauro saved the day and changed my daughter's order even though it had gone through and been served! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Just had a lovely meal at pizza express. We were late coming out with the kids for dinner? it?s the start of the school holidays whoop?? ? we?re starting as we mean to go on.We were so well looked after this evening. We were served by Aagnieszka (I asked, my spelling isn?t that good! ?). I?m only leaving this review because she was so brilliant at looking after us, nothing was too much trouble and we were quite troublesome (me & kids are rather fussy eaters).Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable; we had such a nice, relaxing time time with our children.

We had a table booked for 16 people and they gave us all free dough ball if you downloaded the app, the food came out all at once at a reasonable time. And the waitress Agnieszka was very nice. Thanks Pizza express.

Had lunch today and was very pushed for time, We asked our waitress Georgia if we could have our food out fast, Georgia was excellent and we made it out in time for the cinema 40 minutes in total and ee had starters and mains. Can't fault our experience or service today and food was great.

We have not used this restaurant for many years so thought we would go as we had some Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to use but we wished we had not of bothered. Can only reiterate the reviews of others on here, all they were interested in was the Delivery Orders! The staff were far from efficient, our pizzas arrived but our side salad, which we could see, was just left sitting on the counter and not brought to the table, we had to ask a member of staff it they could bring it over, our side which we had ordered never came as they had forgotten to place the order, all in all a complete shambles as too busy dealing with the Delivery Orders and not focusing on the customers in the Restaurant. Our food was ok but due to the poor and unprofessional service we received would never return here again and most certainly would not recommend. Thankfully there are plenty of other pizza eateries to use in Chelmsford who are totally customer oriented.

came in for drinks and starters with some friends. came in the evening and was impressed by the staff who were warm, attentive and active. in particular my waiter levi, who was very polite and charming. the food was hot and fast due to it being quiet, and i must say it has been my best visit yet !Vegetarian options: loads of options for vegetarians + glutenfree options!
