The recent change in ownership has resulted in a noticeable decline in the quality of the pizza. As a loyal customer of over ten years, I feel compelled to express my disappointment. The new owners seem to lack the expertise and understanding necessary to maintain the standard of pizza that we have come to expect. Probably up there with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Food hadn?t arrived after one hour, call the branch 4/5 times as they hang up when you?re still speaking. Accused me of not answering the phone to the delivery driver (literally had the phone in my hand) called up to check refund is actually being processed yet again speak over me and then rush me off the phone. Do not order from here dominos done and delivered in 20 minutes the staff here need serious training on good customer service

Had a delivery, got it wrong.. it happens I guess send me wings instead of cheese sticks, they did however send out the right part of my order in good time but it had hardly any cheese on it. Like they're cutting costs. I've eaten many papa John's from many places and this was basically garlic bread with a basic sprinkle of cheese.When I phoned to question this the guy laughed at me. And told me that I was making it up. Then started to patronise me. He got rude and acted like it was my problem.Disgusting. Patronising and awful service and clearly cutting costs by skimping on toppings.Never ordering again because clearly the franchise owners care more about cutting costs and being rude to customers than actually doing a good job.What a joke of a reputation they must be making.

Awful Papa Johns. Waited over an hour this evening for my pizza to be delivered, without any reason for why. My husband phoned up to see what the situation was, only to be told they had no idea where our pizzas were. They eventually were delivered by the delivery driver (who refused to come up to our flat to deliver these).The pizzas themselves that were delivered were completely inedible - they were burnt to an absolute crisp and tasteless.

Poor information on delivery on the website. You can't call the drivers or the restaurant when ordering. But at least my order arrived and the lady was really nice.
