Customer service on the phone was poor and unhelpful.
Wasn't interested in trying to help or resolve a problem. Very disappointing from such a large company as pandora.

I?ve always found Pandora?s staff to be lovely in other stores. Girl with blonde hair and glasses in the Chelmsford store would benefit from some customer service training. Not impressed. Will not shop there again!
