Really easy to sign up in store or online. Try paying off a contract or cancelling. No. You have to call customer service in india, who after 15 minutes will tell you they can't do it and they need to pass to retentions. Currently at 20 minutes of getting nowhere. Truly disgusting the hoops they expect you to jump through, while there are none to sign up

They couldn?t get a sim provisioned that we had seen through uswitch. We tried so many times but in the end they gave up.

Awful ! Just dropped in to get approx price as was planning to buy new phone next Monday, but the woman was v terse and unhelpful, and would only say she couldn?t give me an idea as prices change every Wednesday. Made me feel unwelcome & that customers are an intrusion on her day.

Awful service been with O2 for years
Went into Chelmsford Branch 24/02/2025 as my screen had broken and useable.
shop empty lady meet and greet person on her mobile asked how she could help, told her the problem was shown to a seat where the Sales person couldn't make eye to eye contact I explained that I may need a new phone, I asked for recommendations was told to follow him which I did everything I pointed out was not in stock, was then shown two Samsung Phones on the computer both identical apart from the price.
I asked if all my photos, contacts etc could be downloaded was told NO
I said that I had received this service before, then shrug of the shoulders by sales person and advised no longer available and suggest that I go elsewhere to someone who might be able to help me.
At this stage felt very let down by 02 who I have been with for years

Painstaking experience. Went in store to order an upgrade. Was sold the phone paid an amount upfront, then told its not in stock, go to Enfield where it is in stock. Few days later drive to Enfield, no phone in stock told to wait for delivery. Go back to chelmford store the next week to be told my order had been cancelled as no one stocks the model, told I should of received a text informing me. The manager told me I would receive a refund in a week maximum. A week goes by no refund. Call customer support to be told wait until tomorrow refund will be processed. Tomorrow comes, still no refund. Contact customer support again and am told refund can only be done in store as it was paid in store. Return to the store to be told I have to wait until Monday there's nothing they can do. So far the whole experience has cost me in petrol, parking charges, a phone case I cannot return and so much of my time. Been a customer for 15 years, utter shambles.

Would leave zero if I could Wanted to find out when I could upgrade went into store I was told to just look at my app when I asked her to check she then said again to check the app. Store was also empty I could understand this mentality if they had anyone in store but they didn?t. rubbish customer service

Worst network ever faced in my life.
I bought and also cancelled contract within 14 days due to not good strength of network.
But still i am receiving mails of my monthly bilss.
What's going on..
Unbelievable, very disappointed and very dissatisfied from 02 service.
I'll not suggest anybody to move to 02 guys.
Thank you.

They simply said you have many options in the market.

Was going to buy iPhone 5 pay as you go costing almost £1000, service was so so bad we walked out went to John Lewis who were polar opposite they were excellent ..

NOT Worthy of a single star.
Had no service for past 48hours, every time I call O2 I get advised I can not be helped as your system is down.
I drove 3 hour round trip to local O2 store to be told they can not help me as I am a business customer, I asked for a physical SIM to transfer my E-Sim to as read online this could be the issue, was handed one but could not swap number over, zero F's given not even an offer of looking who I can speak to.
Completely unacceptable, I rely on my mobile to keep in contact with my clients who have be unable to call/message me, no one can help me all very very frustrating.
****EDIT: Response to my review laughable.****
I have sent messages on all social media platforms 3 days ago & still not had a response.
I have just spoken to someone in a call centre eventually managed to help but they advised the SIM swap the store should have called & done this for me as usually they can not process without authorisation from someone in store.
Think a review of your training is required serious break down in communication, I'm sure If I wanted to buy a new contract would have been more than willing to help
