I went to buy a suit and wasn't sure about my sizing. Max was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to find the right fit and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Great service!

Very bad delivery. I ordered a dressing table for my daughter on the date of 27th January and was promised that it would come in 2 weeks and it came,although cracked and very damaged . I paid £600 for half of it to literally be damaged and I sent it back to get a new other half and it is now March and still haven't received anything. In the shop, the exact dressing table is now £300 and the rude lady who answered customer service said that in order to do a discount, I would have to keep the damaged part. She told me to email her with the pictures of the dressing table and stated she would get back to me in a day and it has been four days. I want my money back .

When In the store today to buy £200 cushions and a set of table and chairs and a corner sofa no one acknowledged me when I was trying pay staff members at the till were sitting around on there phones after waiting 15 minutes threw all the stuff on the till and walked out.

People waiting for collection more than 15min. One agent by the desk for payments. Making calls on her talkies for a support no one?s show up. I was wondering how the duty manager was all this time. I approached another desk to ask for a supervisor or manager, than collection started back after 20min.

Not my local Next but I have been here a few times as I find the retail park quite nice, and enjoyed going there for a change.
The store itself is nice, but after shopping here and a few other stores on Saturday and realizing I had exceeded the retail park parking limit and will now no doubt be getting a fine - I probably won't be going back in a hurry.
