Great service as always at Next!!I had an issue with a Christmas present. l had bought for my son a pair of slippers. Sadly, they came up small. There was no issue exchanging them. He had to choose a different style as there wasn't any in store, but that wasn't an issue at all.The majority of my Christmas gifts for family came from Next. I normally buy instore, but because both of my parents were both in hospital. I found it easier to order online, as hospital visits were so tiring.Fantastic service?Thanks, Next!

Looking to buy size 12 gents laced shoe for 19 year old. Only 1 pair on display and the very patient and friendly assistant told me that I could find more styles on-line. As the shoes are needed for this evening, it is sadly hobsons choice, just pray they fit him.
