Bought a VW Polo off these guys 3 weeks ago. Really nice car and in top condition.I did have an oil problem with the car within the first few weeks... However I gave them a call and they repaired it free of charge and returned to me within the day (in a garage).Top service, really nice business. Will definitely have a look when it comes to a new car. No wonder they have been in business for many years. You get a real sense of care and customer satisfaction that they drive for.

Brought my Nissan Juke from this car dealer in moulsham Street Chelmsford The dealer was great from start the finish and .very helpful also pleasant to talk. not like other garages where they are pushy ..this garage really do take the time with you. And help you decide whether the car is right for you or not ...lovely.. car not over priced . Would highly recommend big thanks ?

Bought an 11 year old Kia Sportage a year ago, was concerned in case it might be a money pit but it's started every day, whatever the temperature or weather, it suits all my purposes, bats along the motorway, is fine in slower traffic, hills etc. and just sailed through its MOT first time. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks.

Untrustworthy and dishonest seller. I agreed to collect a car from him on a Sunday and drove all the way from SW London only to receive a call from him when I was only a mile away that he had sold it to someone else. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Then he had the audacity of offering to sell me something else. Total disgrace!!!

I purchased a ford fiesta from them an year ago and price was too high. After buying it shown numerous issues. When approached back for selling it , they offed the lowest price than any other company..... unbelievable and horrible experience.

Excellent.. really very good...found a great car and bought it that same afternoon...very good customer service...the whole experience was uncomplicated and very straightforward...I wasn't hassled into buying any 'add ons' or cover I didn't want...I shopped around and walked away at other dealerships....but I bought here because I wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't want...Colin was very helpful and obliging...all round great service.

I would never buy a car form this garage again sold me a car that was faulty and when I sent it back they didn?t repair the vehicle just saying it was a common faults turbo actuator which I had to replace the turbo in the end. damaged the vehicle on recovery and didn?t fix that either
