I went in a month before my wedding for a suit. After trying a few other places and feeling lost i was met at the door by Dean. Friendly and knowledgeable he put me at ease right away and swung into action with measurements and recommendations. I went in without a clue and came out with a full on outfit that looked so great on the day.
I had a custom made and was right on the edge of the timescale being 28 days and only 30 before the wedding. Dean pulled some strings and got it into the store and full 8 days earlier for me, enough time to have some last minute adjustments and ready for the big day.
Amazing service from the team as a whole too, everyone i dealt with was ready to help and got things moving.
If you want to be walked thru the process, given options and recommendations and 5 star service that makes you feel like your custom matters id go here. As someone who was way out their depth they made it so easy and the results were amazing.

I booked an appointment this week to purchase a suit. Harvey took the time to show me all the options available and was very knowledgeable in regard to the fit and material of each one. I didn't feel rushed and in the end Harvey placed an order for home delivery which arrived the next day. Great customer service

Im not a suit wearing person but walking into your Chelmsford branch I felt very comfortable and welcomed by very nice polite staff.
Harvey helped me with my suit and his attention to detail and his knowledge and expertise helped me get the suit I needed.

We visited the store today after having a horrendous scheduled appointment for a wedding suit fitting at the Braintree store. Dean at the Chelmsford store saved the day and gave us all the assistance and expertise we needed and can?t thank him enough for this.

I was at the Chelmsford store a few weeks ago, and ordered an amazing suit thanks to Dean. He was so helpful and helped me make just the right adjustments.
Collection was brilliant, when I entered the store it was very busy with groom's men try their suits, but I was still welcomed but a lovely young lady , But Harvey was very helpful and had great customer service.

Emily was absolutely fantastic in helping us find a suit for my finance! She spent time on the correct fit of the trousers and showed us many different options of shoes, ties etc. We walked out absolutely chuffed and couldn?t believe it was that easy! Thank you Emily :)

Saw a dinner suit in their online sale with jacket but not trousers available in my size. I visited the store and Harvey identified stock from another branch and ordered it in for me. Great service from Harvey and then on collection from Dean who organised a minor alteration with their tailor. All dealt with professionally and efficiently.

When I first visited Moss in Chelmsford, I browsed for a good 10 minutes without anyone hovering and then I asked for some help.
Harvey was professional, knowledgable and friendly; helping me try the options he had in store before offering to order the right sizes from other branches.
I was kept updated until the items arrived in store and then went in to try them on; necessary alterations were completed in a couple of days and I picked up the finished suit earlier today.
All staff were friendly and Harvey was excellent.
