Was an all round brilliant experience, from organising my treatment around my shift work and few days annual leave (which was tricky; trying to fit anything around my current job is awkward). So thanks for your time and help Rachel.Loved my full body massage, was very needed as you know Jennie. Yes body was sore a few days after as you had mentioned. But I know your massage helped me and my body. And given your advice, I started stretching this morning, the first time in a long while due to my job and uncomfortable foot. I'm pleased you suggested stretching, thank you, as think that too will help me for various reasons.Thank you both again.
