Customer service equal zero, not good especially for the lorry drivers, staff needs to be trained. especially the manager on the office!! Don't think they are happy to see lorry drivers for deliveryor for the collections, they never smile and it seems they are very disorganised, also how they talk to each other very rude, even rude woth drivers. It's very strange a company of that size can't get their basics right.

The worst place I've ever been! Dirty place with terrible hygiene, Local authority food safety team All should carry out an inspection even more so when it comes to food and drink.
Rude Presumptuous staff and manager, They speak Indian among themselves so others don't understand.

Really poor conditions, rats ? everywhere and still they open!! the yard smell very very bad, as they keep burning garbage using a skip!!
Poor management, and poor customer service and support.
They should be shut down long years ago!!
The staff are poorly treated as are customers, and Lorry drivers as well
Health and safety will be contacted ASAP.
I Wouldn't recommended this place to everybody

While the company chases international awards, the actual warehouse is a total mess. Filthy site, arrogant lazy staff. Delivered palletised mineral water for 10 AM ? forklift guys just kept saying 'paperwork paperwork' until 10:30. Had to demand the warehouse manager to explain the extra itemised delivery note I needed (wrote it by hand, emailed it, still not enough). Got paperwork back unsigned at 1 PM, finally signed after lunch at 14:15. What takes 20 minutes elsewhere dragged from 09:40 to 14:15. Avoid if you value your time

It is unbelievable that there such places like this exist in the UK, hygiene doesn't mean anything on this site never mind health and safety. Staffs are rather rude I was lucky that I wasn't attacked or rubbed by them all because I was asked is there any toilets that could be used. Rats everywhere it is like a horror movie, why does nobody check this site there are food and beverages ob this site. Anybody cares ?

Can?t even give one star for this company, absolutely disgusting people work here, shouting with no reason at delivery drivers, worst place I have ever been. I hope this place goes bankrupt soon ?

Absolute shocking site!
Got here at 12:20 for a 12:30 booking time only to be told by a very nonchalant man that they couldn?t unload me until 14:30 as they were busy and the whole site goes on lunch for an hour also.
The allocated waiting lane for the trucks blocks the staff cars in so every 10 minutes you are asked to move so they can get out and no one to watch you reverse as if you stay forward the exiting HGV?s can?t get round the corner off site.
Staff made me remove my support bar off the back of my trailer that holds my pallets in place then made me reverse on a down gradient on to the bay risking the load falling off! (Apparently they don?t remove them themselves but are happy for me to drop my load )
Drivers toilets are atrocious, literally third world standard porta cabin that?s not been cleaned in years.
There?s a skip on their site which is burning so having to keep my windows shut to prevent breathing in whatever it is they are burning (probably none compliant waste)
Staff are rude and have no basic manners or any concept of common politeness.
Avoid this site at all costs as I?ll never be delivering here again ever and that?s a promise!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Turned away first day had to return next day. Yard is smelly from old crates of cider rotting away also rats running around too. Put on bay and shouted at to stow straps at the back even though they were all undone for unloading. After waiting 40min the doors were all locked up and they go for lunch for an hour no communication they just lock you out sat on the bay for another hour and a half. Could not wait to get out of there not nice people to work with at all.

Arrived early but got unloaded 1 hour before my slot. They do close goods inwards 1300 till 1400. Very pleasant staff very helpful ??????????
