I have been waiting to see a person for 30mins. Whilst two people work at helping customers two others who seem to be more senior work on laptops. Surely if a customer is waiting they should be the priority. Once I get help I cannot fault the Individuals. Customer service has definitely deteriorated and tbh if this had been the case when I set up the account I would have gone elsewhere

No money counting machine for coins
Not all staff will count coins to deposit
Not open at weekends
Closes at 5

Every other day their money machine for counting coins is broken and they're super inconsistent about whether they will count them at the counter. Which quite frankly you should if there aren't many coins and your machine is broken! I've lugged them into town to pay them in and then have to lug them home because your machine is broken. Not my problem if you can't get a machine to work. Annoyingly they are the only high street bank with a good interest rate. Just sort your machine out please

Attempted three times to open an account after which time all high interest accounts have been withdrawn. Waste of time, don?t bother!

one of the worst experience, I have money in deposit account, can not take out, non of the staff ready to listen, the manager Sue is so rude that she is just not customer friendly at all. They want evidence of hardship to give my own money to me. I have never experience this rude reply from any other bank, take out all your money before they go bankrupt

I am extremely disappointed with Metrobank?s actions regarding my banking account. They have completely blocked my account, preventing me from transferring money and causing me to miss my direct debit. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. I have been forced to prove everything repeatedly, with no one taking responsibility for their actions. Each time I call customer service, they simply ask me to wait and send an email. I urge everyone to stay away from this bank as they freeze your money without explanation, leaving you to go through endless frustration. I have lost faith in this bank and believe it will face consequences soon.
