Staff are always great.
Some have been here forever and really know their stuff
There is a lady called Jo, one called Queenie and a person called M. They always remember me and make me feel welcome.
M specifically remembers my order. That?s a first for these places. THANKS SO MUCH.
My order is a bit quirky but there is no judgement.

Short staffed the day I went, and the restaurant was empty. Never the less, the food was fast, hot, and my order was correct. Clean and modern
Kid-friendliness: As always, tablets available for children
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 spaces by front door, though one only allows you to get out 1 side of your vehicle.

Probably the 2nd slowest maccers in Chelmsford. Always have to wait in parking bay 2. Standard food, which is good.

Standard McDonalds experience, nothing exceptional, although staff worked hard to accommodate everyone's needs.

Do not expect fast service on the drive thru, paid for chips and coke, got given the coke and told to wait in bay 1 for a couple of minutes, waited 10 minutes in bay one and nothing, got fed up waiting and drove off, last time I?m using that place

So disappointing each time I order, even on the drive through, orders are not correct! Deliveries always miss a key part - usually the main burger! Not sure whether it is a lack of skill by staff or deliberate under delivery!! Get better please!
