I ordered McDonald?s and with my meal I ordered a large Coca Cola Zero, I drank most of it leaving about a mouthful at the bottom, I am diabetic and I realised my blood sugar started going really high despite injecting for my meal. Im not very well at the moment so my taste is not very good so I asked my partner to taste the last mouthful of my drink and he said that it was full fat coke. I had drank almost a full large full fat coke causing my blood sugar to go dangerously high and I am trying to bring it down.
I checked my order on uber eats and can confirm that I definitely ordered a Coke Zero!
I understand that mistakes do happen, but the difference between a Coke Zero and a full sugar coke to someone like me is very important and can be very dangerous.

Absolute awful experience here, we arrived early this morning ordered our food using the machines which was fine, it didn't print a receipt which was also no problem, we got our food and they forgot the jam for my daughters plain muffin then we noticed that her muffin had been opened wrong so one side was half and one side was bigger and it was cold and hard, I took it back to get it swapped and they made it such a drama the guy in the kitchen said well that's how they are supposed to come out
and the lady tried to give it back to me I said no it's not in 2 halves properly she actually huffed and me and I had to wait for them to give me another muffin, after that all our food was cold and hard it had obviously been sitting there for some time, and the lady cleaning was muttering under her breath about us complaining and kept looking at us making us feel very uncomfortable, the only good thing about this place was that it was clean, if 6ou take my advice you would steer clear of this mcdonalds at all costs

Please watch out with this McDonald?s, they like to give old food rather than make it fresh for you. It?s not all the time but doing it once is more than enough but for me it?s been more than once. Today I had a burger that was so dry and hard that it hurt my tooth. They also take orders without checking if the item is actually available then offer alternative on next window, You have no choice because they don?t offer refund for their mistake.

Atypical MaccyD's, slightly warmer food than usual on this occasion. Clinical feel to decor but some dirty tables, fairly normal these days. Reduced toilet facilities for some reason.

Only ordered 2 hot chocolates as a walk in customer, took 15 minutes and restaurant was almost empty with only 4 people at drive through, lack of management as staff to busy chatting to there mates at the tills.

The absolute audacity of the staff of Tuesday around 4.45 pm talking rudely about customers when they had made a error and insulting paying customers then no apology when they realised there was a till fault , laughing at the person who was clearly upset by being spoken to badly. Shame on this branch
