Live locally in Chelsmford and this place has really gone down since it opened. I?m not one of those people that complain if they leave pickles in the burger if I asked for them out or get upset when the milkshakes/ice cream machines aren?t working; but the general service both ok the food side and the customer service side is just terrible. I?ve used it many times coming home from work and I understand you?re getting what you pay for being it is McDonald?s (cheap, fast food) but the amount of times the person over the headset has got my order wrong is just ridiculous. Wrong burgers, no fries, wrong drink, trying to get me to pay for an order that wasn?t mine, the list is extensive. I can only assume that this place has been bought by a 3rd party franchise owner and this person just couldn?t care less about this location. Would try the McDonald?s closer to beaulie park if it?s on your way, don?t expect much from this place, and that?s harsh considering it?s McDonald?s.

Decided to eat in because it's always better. But it definitely wasn't. Stone cold burgers fries missing flat drinks that tasted of nail Polish remover. All the staff looked miserable. Never had a bad McDonald's until today.

The slowest fast food restaurant. Waited 25 mins for order and it took 3 different staff members before I received my order, obviously deliveroo get priority ?

So I ordered food from here last night at 9pm the order didn't arrive until 10. I ordered 1 big tasty meal with bacon 1 big mac 1 happy meal for my child all as well as a chicken share box with some free nuggets that came with the order. The fries were stone cold, the burgers were horrific, and the drinks were spilt in the separate bag the next day [today]. I am now suffering from diarrhoea. Inexcusable.

Order through Deliverroo. Food was freezing cold. Called up Chelmsford Westway Mcdonalds. The manager was very rude. She said she refused to send us new food and refund us. She blamed the driver. Took driver 5 mins to get to us. She said that the food couldn't be cold from them.

I should report them to advertising standards. Sold a pup , misleading not even close. I would even go as far as to say a right pxxs take a liberty
Just plain wrong, you should get what is advertised, not something that bares no resemblance .
