I came in yesterday to return a dress and buy other clothing. I was shocked at the state of the store . People were trying on clothes in the store then chucking what they didn't want over the rails . Many items were inside out. I mentioned this to the assistant and she said it's because there's a sale. I think very disrespectful of some shoppers . It's always been so clean and tidy . Won't stop me from visiting but the staff definitely had a kit if tidying yesterday .

Very helpful staff.They seem to sell out of the middle sizes quickly,leaving only small and large,but that?s the same in a lot of shops.

Another issue with the collection of an order. Customer service are not prepared to sort and told me to get in touch with the store manager. Id like to know how, when the only phone number is Customer services. So got to go back in again.

Used to stop here often. It's been a while since I was last in, and the removal of the walkway for more clothing is very chaotic and similar to a pop-up shop. Product quality seems to have decreased and lack of music was unnerving.
