I love having my hair done at Mack, it is an occasion and makes me feel special. I love the head massage when having my hair washed, the time I am given to chat with my stylist about what I want and I come out of the salon looking and feeling relaxed and beautiful. The staff are so lovely, Mercia is so kind and knows my hair well. Thank you Mack for all you do to turn an old woman into a film star?

I have highlights from here and its the worst experience so far I've ever had.First of all a young girl was washing my hair and got me soaked and I was in a outfit to go out.Second she got the hair bleach all down my clothing which I was very upset about.And third of all the actual salon was filthy.They needed a good hoover and mop and the ignorant staff were just chatting about a past customer when they could of just made themselves useful.Service: Hair coloring

They did a great job on my daughter's hair. It was washed, cut and styled really well, and for a bit cheaper than I anticipated.Docked one star as I was sitting in reception for almost an hour, and no one offered me a drink, which I thought was rather poor.Even my £11 local Turkish barber offers you a drink on arrival...
