Everytime I come to this Lush, I'm greeted by the sweetest people. Everyone has always been so kind, helpful and willing to listen to me yap lol. Yesterday I was served by the lovely Michaela! They helped me pick out a face mask and also gave me a sample of a foot product I was curious to try. They were super helpful and answered all of my dumb questions, gave me demonstrations for some of the products too! If you're curious about anything from lush and you're in the area, I highly recommend starting here! 1000000/10

Kerri was so lovely! I was looking for a natural treatment for my hair which gets frizzy in this heat! She went through all the products with me and I ended up buying the one she recommended, she gave me some testers to try too which I am looking forward to giving a go!

SKYLOR from Chelmsford high street lush was amazing! He helped both myself and my mum choose some hair care and skin care for my boyfriend and ourselves! Due to my partners difficult skin type I thought it would be a struggle however! SKYLOR helped us so much and now we have found the fix mix of products for his skin type! Would definitely recommend SKYLOR if you need help!
