Have had different issues at the bank whilst managing my parents account on their behalf. Currently back to sort out 2 issues. It's been a nightmare for the last couple of years. Horrible, horrible experience. Thank God i dont bank here. I'm tempted to move my parents to another bank.

The customer service was really poor. It all felt like they were really confused, and so it is difficult to help a client. As we all know, two blind people can't lead each other.

Very helpful and friendly. Could do with another cash machine in the lobby and or the deposit machine could do both.

The customer service needs improvement. I went to take some cash out and got fiercely questioned on why I needed cash. I did not know it was a crime to take cash out of my account - the woman made me feel like a criminal. I went in after walking around town with holiday spirit and left absolutely fuming.

In branch for an issue with the app and being told to call a number.Such a disappointment as hoped to have face to face services being with a high street bank but the reality is they don't even want to try and help you just telling you to call numbers and sort your issues by yourself.

good morrow to thow, was having a effervescent day, was about to commit armed robbery on your bank when I was met with a large black steed, this appeared as quite a shock to me, I proceeded to open fire with my SA-80 assult rifle. maybe add a 'beware of horses' sign next time

as I approached the bank i was trampled by 10 big black horses but i thought nothing of it so i wandered in as needed to make a deposit but when i reached the desk i was pelted with more 1p coins than usual after that whole ordeal they flung me in an unused vault in which i wasn't allowed to leave for 17 days and 12 knights much prefer hsbc

The new layout is appalling. No where to queue properly, no protection for staff, a distinct lack of staff availability. It's crystal clear they don't want people in the branches. They have a monopoly and it's obvious they're abusing it. What a disgusting state of affairs.
