Great place!! Mark was fantastic and very helpful with pricing. Friendly guy. Wholesale room is amazing - lots of variety of flowers and greenery. Had to stop myself blowing the budget for the wedding! But what a great place to find. Parking available and also attached to a garden centre so nice to have a look around.
Flowers kept cold and the room is easy to navigate. Brilliant wholesalers!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase from here due to the negative reviews, considering they were mostly written years ago, I think it's safe to say the wholesalers have redeemed themselves/changed ! The workers were so incredibly nice and friendly, super helpful too. I bought the most gorgeous carnations that lasted ages! Some flowers are noticeably aging and rotting but i think i got there at the wrong day, between bank holidays and easter where they dont usually replenish stock. Only negative is there are no prices listed, have to keep bugging the workers how much a batch is haha

I recently collected a premium flower order from your store and raised concerns at the time about freshness. I was reassured they were fine and just needed water, but by the next day, many had deteriorated and were unusable for bouquets and buttonholes. Surprisingly, the cheaper bunch I bought separately was of better quality.
Sadly, based on this experience, I won?t be purchasing from you again.

I went today to buy some flowers and soil, men from reception Sam, but not sure the name, at first he wanted to sell me some peonies, 3 bouquets, for an unrealistic amount, I told him it so expensive and I would choose other flowers instead, to which he said he wouldn't sell me anything else and to leave, he chased me away. My friends always buy and my husband ,because I refused to buy at his unrealistic price he chased me away ?

Flower quality, is awful. I bought 10 roses and after a day one of them was already dead and another one was on the verge of dying. Very disappointing as I had to make a bouquet for a paying client, I had to discount the roses and therefore was unable to make a profit due to the awful quality of roses provided. Extremely upset with the roses considering how much I paid for them! Better of sticking to Columbia Road or Covent Garden flower market as the quality is significantly better and at a cheaper price for roses that will actually last!

Staff are extremely rude!

Their website structure is illogical, and staff are extremely rude & condescending.
The website is structured so that, when you put something in your basket, an order is automatically placed. Even if it is an accident, there is no option to remove the items from your basket, to which the staff then demand you to pay for.
Overall, the staff are unwelcoming, and unhelpful - particularly Mark. When arriving to the shop, I greet staff by saying ?good morning,? to which they simply ignore. Today I asked Mark if I could pay in cash, and card. He refused to allow this method, because ?he?s already put it on the card machine.? It takes 2 seconds to change but he refused to go out of his way in the slightest for a paying customer.
Staff often select the wrong flowers or intentionally select the flowers that are beginning to die when you place an order.
