I had a fantastic experience at Goldsmiths in Chelmsford when I went in to try on a watch. The staff were all wonderful, and the level of service was outstanding. In particular, James from the Rolex team was amazing,friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering my questions and guiding me through the options. He made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free, and I left feeling very well looked after. The professionalism and warmth of the entire team here really stand out, and I?d highly recommend this branch to anyone considering a purchase or just exploring their options.

Staff reserved a very limited watch for me where other branches would not. The whole process was smooth and the store assistant Gypsy, was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Thanks for an incredible experience and always providing excellent service. Got my first Rolex within amazing timeframe and even topped off the special occasion with a MontBlanc fountain pen. The team are extremely knowledgeable and always have time for a chat. Very welcoming and a pleasure to stop in when visiting Chelmsford. Highly recommend.

I am lucky enough to be a regular customer at this branch. All of the staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable but never pushy or impatient. It has the friendly feel of a small business so makes you feel comfortable and relaxed when browsing. My husband most recently picked up a Rolex here which we had been on a list for. Charlotte made it such a special and fun, memorable experience.

We booked an appointment to try on some wedding Rings, on arrival a member of staff sat us down and got us a drink whilst we waited for James.
We explained to James the rings we were looking for, he showed us a large selection and was very knowledgeable about the rings. He was a true gentleman and his customer service was first class.
We purchased 2 rings!
The experience was easy and stress free, from start to finish.

I visited the Chelmsford branch to register my interest for a Rolex and was greeted by Charlotte who discussed with me what I was interested in and was very helpful in allowing me to try on several models. I also mentioned I would like to try on an omega speedmaster which I ultimately ended up purchasing and am extremely pleased with!
Charlotte is definitely an asset to the branch - she was very knowledgeable when discussing watches with me, honest and transparent and a very pleasant person to chat with in general.
I?ll look forward to my next watch purchase with Charlotte and the Chelmsford branch hopefully in the not too distant future!

I was served by the in-store manager and was extremely pleased with the friendly and clearly knowledgeable service and was happy with how everything was explained to me regarding the finance plans. As one of my first times in a high-end luxury retailer such as goldsmiths, I was very happy with how comfortable and welcomed I felt the entire time. Which ultimately lead to a purchase of a watch that I am extremely happy with.
I have already expressed to my girlfriend how good it was to leave somewhere with such a buzz after a purchase, and will be coming back in the future to this
specific store with her as the selection and availablitiy of jewellery and especially watches is incredible - especially remembering as I will got offered for a specific piece to be sent in for me that I was enquiring about.
Easy 5 stars.

This company flies items for repair to Thailand on the basis there are no skilled jewellers in their company or the UK capable of resetting a diamond in a solitaire ring. Quite incredible.

I registered my interest for a Rolex back in May 2024. I have been waiting for months and finally received a call on Thursday 6th February. I called back within 15mins. I have since called back 4 times and each time conveniently the sales person is on their lunch break or gone home.
Absolutely disappointed to know that they have moved on with no communication for missing a single call and getting back within 15mins. I have been waiting for this watch for months and was ready to come in and pay the SAME DAY.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected a higher level of customer service. The lack of communication and follow-up has made me question their professionalism and commitment to customers.
